THE METROPOLITAN CLUB is one of our all time favorite locations. The lighting is inviting, the deep rich colors whisper luxury and while it’s opulent and grand, it’s always welcoming. When you’re in there, you feel like a modern age robber baron. nothing like having your own private gilded age club for a day.

The Metropolitan Club is as close to feeling like royalty as it gets in NYC. The architect, Stanford White appropriately described it as a “clubhouse the equal of which does not exist in this country or in any other.” Story goes that some of JP Morgan’s friends couldn’t get into the Union Club. Morgan said, screw that and partnered with the Vanderbilts and several other great names to start their own club. We are lucky enough to regularly party in this legendary epic space.
